Role Summary

  • Take charge of the Hubspot platform within Birdie.
  • Lead transformational sales and marketing projects.
  • Manage integrations with other business tools to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS scale-up experience.
  • Expertise in CRM implementation and technology transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, especially within sales and marketing hubs.
  • Ability to create lead automation and outbound prospecting automations.

The Role: The Revenue Operations and Growth Strategy at Birdie ensures the alignment and empowerment of our commercial functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support) to drive net revenue growth. Your role within our team will be to take full ownership of Hubspot, driving transformational projects across both sales and marketing to help us optimise our usage within Hubspot and ensuring integrations with other business tools and systems ensuring seamless dataflow and functionality.

Job Requirements: You’ve had 3+ years of experience working in B2B SAAS scale-ups owning CRM implementation and large-scale technology transformation projects across the You are a Hubspot master, specifically within sales and marketing Hub. You are just as comfortable setting up lead automation workflows as you are setting up outbound prospecting automations.
