Role Summary
- Take ownership of the product strategy and vision for Birdie's Rostering product.
- Lead a full-stack, cross-functional squad with full responsibility for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive the product direction with a customer-centric approach, motivating the product & engineering team.

The role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy and vision of our Rostering product. You will be working in a full-stack, cross-functional squad with full ownership of the vision, strategy and roadmap. You will use your passion for customer-centric products to inspire and lead the broader product & engineering team to follow your vision.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone who is passionate about the problem we are trying to solve, a true leader with experience in bringing the best out of your team and inspiring them with your product vision. You should understand complex technical concepts and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You should have worked in highly complex environments and on problems that require grass roots thinking and novel solutions.
