Role Summary:Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Irish market in collaboration with the Irish Country Manager.Lead and mentor a Dublin-based team to deliver successful community project plans, utilizing data and market insights.Design and execute retention and acquisition strategies for community programs, including the Movember Business Club and Platinum Club.Drive the Movember campaign, fostering year-round community engagement.Identify and develop new income streams and manage financial reporting for existing streams.

Role Requirements:A minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant charity roles, preferably in leadership positions.Proven ability to manage fundraising portfolios and achieve income targets.Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience with Salesforce for fundraising and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities across all levels of stakeholders.A commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. We are seeking a passionate Head of Fundraising to join our Dublin based team. The Head of Fundraising is responsible for growing the fundraising income in Ireland. This is an exciting new role that will work closely with the Irish Country Manager and involve scoping out and developing the fundraising strategy for the Irish market. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team in Dublin to create and successfully deliver project plans for each community audience based on data, insights and market knowledge.

You’ll develop and implement year-round retention and acquisition strategy for our all-Ireland community, including Movember Business Club and Platinum Club. There will be a strong focus on the Movember campaign and ensuring the year-round engagement and retention of our Mo community.

You’ll identify new income streams and take accountability for the financial reporting of current income streams and business case development to unlock new income, including the analysis and development of new income stream strategy specific to Irish market.

For this role, you’ll need 7+ years’ experience in relevant charity roles, ideally in leadership position. Proven track record in managing fundraising portfolios and meeting income targets. Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Experience using Salesforce for fundraising and CRM. Excellent relationship management skills with proven experience of building and maintaining lasting relationships. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Experienced and effective communicator with skills in presenting.
