Role Summary:Work in collaboration with the Director of Risk & Assurance and Senior Leadership to enhance operational processes and systems.Ensure compliance with internal policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.Oversee Choose Love’s grant making, risk management, and fundraising activities.

Role Requirements:Proven experience in managing grant making systems and processes.Expertise in implementing compliance systems and risk management.Experience with commercial contracts and procurement regulations.Strong line management and stakeholder communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.Commitment to Choose Love’s values and the improvement of refugee lives.Willingness to travel as needed.

The Role We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Operations Manager to work closely with the Director of Risk & Assurance and Senior Leadership Team to embed and manage effective and robust operational processes and systems across Choose Love. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant governmental regulatory requirements, including oversight and compliance of Choose Love’s grant making, risk management and fundraising activities.

Job Requirements Experience of overseeing and managing effective grant making systems and processes. Experience of implementing systems to ensure compliance with both internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements. Experience of risk management. Experience of commercial contracts, and working within procurement regulations. Line management experience. Ability to communicate effectively with integrity, tact and diplomacy; and build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders. Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment. Continually analyse systems and data to assess operational efficiencies and effectiveness across the organisation and recommend VFM improvements to ensure Choose Love is as impactful as possible. Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. Self-motivated and highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership for your own workload and schedule. Experience of managing sensitive and at times confidential information, as well as high- profile partnerships that may require a level of discretion.
