Role Summary:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships, including established relationships and new collaborations.
- Develop creative fundraising and engagement strategies to motivate and captivate partners.
- Implement effective campaigns and initiatives to drive income generation and meet strategic goals.
- Collaborate with various teams within Mind and external stakeholders to enhance partnership outcomes.

The role Our corporate partnerships play a huge role by helping us raise income and public awareness while reaching new audiences. In the last few years Mind's Corporate Partnership team has seen significant growth, delivering £7m+ income in FY22/23. Mind has strategic, Charity of the Year and commercial partnerships with companies across a range of sectors. We are looking for an experienced and creative partnerships officer, to join our high performing and fast paced team at an incredibly exciting time. You will be managing and supporting a varied and interesting range of partnerships including existing and brand-new partnerships.
Job requirements As a skilled relationship officer, you'll work with your manager to provide first-rate partnership management, developing creative fundraising and engagement plans to excite and inspire your team. You will work to deliver outstanding donor led stewardship and activate campaigns to generate income. You will work collaboratively with staff across Mind, together with other stakeholders and external contacts to maximise income and other opportunities for Mind.
