The role of Lead HR & Organisational Development is to provide strategic direction, guidance, and oversight in managing Rewilding Europe's human resources functions. This includes ensuring HR processes are executed well, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture and facilitating organisational development of our teams in the rewilding landscapes. The position is both strategic and operational, with an estimated 2 days per week needed for administrative activities related to payroll, pensions and insurances for the Central Team.
Job requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 8 years’ experience in HR roles, at least 3 years’ experience in a management or leadership role, excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, experience with payroll processing, and full proficiency in Dutch and English.

We offer competitive salaries, commensurate with background, expertise, level of experience, and country of residence. The position is graded in salary scale 9 with the salary structure of Rewilding Europe ranging from scale 4 to scale 11.
