  • Respond to merchant inquiries with timely and effective resolutions.

Purpose-built with performance and scalability in mind, our flexible cloud-based payments platform helps global enterprises launch new products and create experiences customers love.

The role involves responding to merchant inquiries and ensuring timely resolution. You will be gathering relevant information from merchants and internal teams in order to process change requests. You will also be collaborating with internal teams; Merchant Configuration, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance teams to ensure seamless processing of requests. You will need to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Job requirements include exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders. Capacity to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Quick learner, adaptable to changes in processes and procedures. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Fluent in English. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
