  • Lead the development of quantitative data analysis to gauge and enhance UnLtd's impact.
  • Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and practical insights.
  • Integrate research, evaluation, and learning to foster an evidence-based, adaptive organizational culture.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data is essential.
  • Skilled at communication, both in crafting stories from data and using evidence to drive organizational change.
  • Experience in research, evaluation, impact analysis, or a related field.
  • A passion for social entrepreneurship and a drive to learn and grow within the role.

About the Role As a Senior Impact Analyst, you will be leading our work on using quantitative data to measure and help maximise our impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a team-player with an analytical mind, who is able to translate complex data into powerful stories and actionable insights, whilst tactfully using data to drive change. You will play a leading role in bringing together our research , evaluation, impact, and learning activities, with a keen focus on the use of data and evidence for impact. Your work will inform our approach to research and evaluation, as well as contributing to our ambitions to be an impact-driven, agile, learning organisation.
