About the Role: TOMS is looking for a passionate, hands-on Director, Digital Marketing to play a critical role overseeing the Performance Marketing and CRM workstreams that drive the TOMS.com business. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy supporting both paid media channels (social, search, display, affiliate) and CRM/Loyalty Marketing (email, SMS, push, direct mail, loyalty, promotions, referral programs).

The Director, Digital Marketing role requires an individual who is highly data driven, customer focused, and organized with strong analytical and tactical skills. The successful candidate will be able to carefully and methodically plan at a detailed level; schedule and manage channels and teams; while collaborating across teams (Merchandising, Brand Marketing and Analytics).
Must be actively engaged and involved in the details, while working with team members across all Paid and Retention marketing teams to manage, develop channel strategies, and execute within specific channels.
The Impact You’ll Make: Own the monthly paid and owned channel management, plans, and revenue goals. Lead the paid channels; including managing agencies and partners, managing ongoing spend strategies and plans, budget, and pacing. Ensure that all channels leverage creative insights and optimize aggressively on an ongoing basis to hit goal. Manage CRM (email, SMS, push) channels to leverage customer segment insights to develop and optimize campaigns and all automated and trigger campaigns and offers.
Lead flawless execution of all ongoing email, SMS, push, direct mail, loyalty, and referral marketing campaigns. Track and improve program KPIs on an on-going basis to ensure the program is meeting goals. Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to create seasonal, customer-relevant, product driven cross-channel paid (social, search, display, affiliate) and owned (email, SMS, push, loyalty, direct mail) channel marketing calendars.
Manage internal and external partners to execute all campaigns on-time and on-budget meeting or exceeding revenue goals Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly executive channel and campaign summaries for paid and owned channel initiatives and programs. Make recommendations to adjust in-season plans on an ongoing daily and week basis where necessary to meet forecast goals.
What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in digital/growth/performance marketing (fashion/footwear/retail preferred) 5+ years of experience managing paid social (FB, IG, TT)/paid search (GG)/display/ affiliate/emerging media channels 5+ years of experience with Paid Media, Email, CRM and Web Analytics platforms 3-5 years of experience with CRM Loyalty and Referral marketing 3-5 years of experience managing, training and developing team members Strong verbal and written skills to communicate results, plans, progress to peers, partners, and executive team. Exceptional quantitative skills – ability to crunch the numbers to scenario plan, forecast and provide business cases where required Proven track record for creating and delivering successful digital channel strategies, plans, and campaigns demonstrating and delivering against them for Revenue growth and ongoing channel optimization Experience in managing a wide range of agencies and partners in support of digital channels Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required Commitment to making kindness in business a standard Local candidate is preferred
