This remote opportunity offers a fixed-term contract until 02/28/2025, with benefits such as 25+ days of holiday, a Learning and Development budget, staff discounts, and the flexibility to work globally for up to 30 days annually.
SportPursuit is an ambitious, high growth start-up in the sports retail space. We are growing fast internationally and we’re looking for bright, talented linguists with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion.
As a Customer Champion, you will be the friendly face of SportPursuit, making a difference with every tweet, post, email or call. You will work directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, as well as feeding into everything from website development to what brands our customers want to see on the site. This is a fully remote role based in either the UK or Spain.
Responsibilities include responding to customer queries in Spanish and English, performing daily checks on the website, and helping with Spanish translations. You will also work with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory.
To be successful in this role, you must be a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a great eye for detail, strong analytical and PC skills, and the ability to quickly learn complex systems. You should also be a strong team player and have a 'can do' attitude.
The start date for this role will be as soon as possible. This is a Fixed Term Contract ending February 28th 2025.
