About us: Hey, hello, hi, now then. We’re Self Space, the world’s first on-demand mental health service on the high street. We’ve got spaces in Shoreditch, Kings Cross, Soho, London Bridge and soon to be: every city in the world. A front door. A place. A refuge for busy Londoners and others across the globe. A little shelter from the storm. People can see a qualified therapist within 1 hour. In-person or virtually. Open seven days a week, morning til’ night. Powered by a team of hope holders, our qualified therapists are tasked with supporting clients to maintain good mental health, know themselves, find balance, be mentally flexible, build healthy relationships, thrive at work and ultimately reach their potential.

The role: As our Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to lead our enterprise sales strategy and shape our go-to-market approach across the UK. You will drive new business development while building the processes needed to scale our efforts and foster the growth and development of our team. You will take ownership, make impactful decisions, and see them through to completion. Your leadership will be pivotal in acquiring and expanding partnerships, and your success will directly contribute to improving more lives through therapy and therapist-led events.

Job requirements: You’ll work closely with our Founders and COO and know how to utilise them to the business’ advantage when it comes to sales and partnerships. You’ll have experience in building out sales teams in ambitious start-ups generating £3-10M+. Warm, confident and hungry. We need someone who’s been around the block and knows their stuff when it comes to sales and B2B GTM strategy. But more than that, someone who’s learned from the bumps along the way.
