- Lead the HTML coding, testing, and scheduling of weekly email marketing campaigns.
- Design and build engaging email content in collaboration with internal teams.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
- Manage eCommerce promotions in Shopify and support loyalty, direct mail, and SMS initiatives.
- 3-5 years of HTML email coding experience, including responsive design for mobile.
- 3-5 years in email design utilizing tools like Figma and Photoshop.
- Ability to multitask and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Web Analytics, with a preference for Google Analytics.
- Experience with email marketing in fashion/retail and platforms like Listrak is a plus.
- Strong design skills with programs like Figma and Photoshop.
This contract-to-hire position offers a competitive salary ($70-78K), an annual bonus, and a hybrid working model. The Role: The Email Marketing Specialist is a vital role for the TOMS Americas eCommerce business, on the Retention marketing team. This role leads all HTML coding, testing, and scheduling on weekly email marketing messages. The Email Marketing Specialist designs and builds emails messages and coordinates content in partnership with internal teams. This role is responsible for implementing A/B testing strategies including segmentation, subject lines and send times. This role will also be responsible for building all eCommerce promotions in Shopify and helping with loyalty, direct mail, and SMS operations.
Job requirements: 3-5 years of experience with HTML coding for email (including mobile devices), 3-5 years of experience in email design (Figma/Photoshop), Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment and display follow through and initiative, Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required, Knowledge of Web Analytics required (Google Analytics preferred), Prior experience with email marketing is required (fashion/retail preferred), Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Listrak Preferred), Solid experience with design programs (Figma/Photoshop preferred).
