Role Summary:
- Lead the planning, testing, scheduling, and coding of CRM and Loyalty program messaging for TOMS Americas eCommerce.
- Design, build, test, and launch CRM and loyalty initiatives, coordinating with various internal teams.
- Implement segmentation and testing strategies to optimize customer engagement.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years of CRM & loyalty marketing experience (fashion/retail preferred).
- Expertise in HTML coding, email/SMS design tools (Photoshop/Figma), and ESPs (Listrak preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Web Analytics (Google Analytics preferred).

The Role: The Manager, Digital Marketing (CRM & Loyalty) is a vital role for the TOMS Americas eCommerce business. This role leads all the planning, testing, scheduling and coding of all ongoing and triggered CRM (email, SMS and push) & Loyalty program messaging on behalf of the TOMS Ecommerce business. The Manager, Digital Marketing (CRM & Loyalty) leads the team that designs, builds, tests and launches CRM and loyalty messaging and coordinates content in partnership with cross-functional internal teams. This role is also responsible for planning and implementing segmentation and testing strategies including (but not limited to) audience, creative, subject lines and send times.
Job requirements: 3-5 years of experience with CRM (email, SMS, push) & loyalty marketing platforms –(fashion/retail experience preferred). Proficient in HTML coding (including mobile devices), email and SMS design (Photoshop/Figma), ESP's - Listrak preferred. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required. Web Analytics required (Google Analytics preferred).
Benefits: This is a Direct Hire role with a target yearly salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance.
