Role Summary:
- Provide essential administrative support to the Programme Director and Mental Health Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and facilitate team activities and logistics to ensure efficiency within the larger team of approximately 40 members.
- Contribute to a world where mental health is not an obstacle by supporting early interventions for anxiety, depression, and psychosis.

You will be working within Wellcome’s friendly and ambitious Mental Health team of around 50 people. Our vision is a world where no one is held back by mental health problems. To achieve this vision, we are working towards the specific mission of creating a step change in early intervention for anxiety, depression and psychosis.
We are looking for Team Coordinator, to provide administrative support to the Programme Director and Mental Health Leadership Team (8 people), and assist with the co-ordination and logistics of team activities ensuring the smooth running of the wider team (around 40 people).
We are looking for someone who has: Enjoyment in a fast-paced friendly environment, Attention to detail combined with ability to cope with rapidly evolving plans, PA or administration experience, Ability to multi-task, prioritise, take initiative and work to deadlines, with proactive approach and excellent organisation skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, Advanced skills in office and project management software– excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including SharePoint, and if possible Monday.com.
We understand that our colleagues have commitments and personal interests outside of work and we strive to build a flexible working environment, in which people can perform at their best. We are currently working 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday) from our Euston Road offices. Due to the nature of this role, there may be a requirement to come in on Mondays and Fridays in addition due to meeting requirements.
