Role Summary:
- This job is an employed, field-based role where the responsibilities include registering calls and visits, taking care of compliance visits, and performing quality assurance checks.
- The ability to travel across your assigned region in England is essential as this role involves full-time fieldwork.
Role Requirements:
- Prior experience in the early childhood sector is required.
- All applicants must hold a valid enhanced DBS check or be willing to undertake one.
- A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is preferable.
- Essential skills include the ability to prioritise, work flexibly, multitask, connect and motivate childminder, and remain calm under pressure.

The role This is an employed role with tiney, however this role is a field based role, focused on carrying out registration calls, registration visits, compliance visits and quality assurance visits. A key requirement of the role will be flexibility to travel across your allocated England, as required, and candidates should be prepared to be on the road carrying out visits on a full time basis.
Job requirements To have appropriate experience in the early years sector. Must hold or be willing to undertake a valid enhanced DBS check. Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (preferable). Relevant knowledge of safeguarding and child protections. The ability to set priorities, work flexibly, multi task and under pressure. Have good interpersonal skills and be able to connect, enthuse, inform and motivate childminders. A strong and current knowledge of all safeguarding procedures, EYFS requirements and all legal statutory frameworks.
