We're seeking a volunteer to work with us part time - ideally a minimum 6 hours per week across 1 or 2 days.
Responsibilities may include several of the following, depending on your experience:
- Coordinate our coaching programme delivery across several sites and personnel
- Research and development of funding and delivery partnerships
- Coordinating our stakeholder engagement, from attracting participants, general PR and social media, to managing communications with key partners
- Reporting on progress against outcomes, KPIs, risks and issues
- Working with our coaching team, developing our delivery model, tool kit, SOPs
- Planning and managing a variety of projects to pilot, improve and scale up. These may include
- Understanding our communities
- Promoting to potential participantsDefining outcome measurement
- Collaborating with research activities
- Designing policies, processes and procedures
- Implementing governance and organisational good practice
- delivering specific events, coaching sessions or other initiatives
- Supporting continuous improvement, and design and planning for scale-up
- Identifying opportunities and risks, avoiding problems before they happen - wherever possible
We will support you to be the central, ‘go to person’ across our communities, coaching delivery, partnerships and internal operations. However, you must have a minimum one year's experience in comparable role(s), with responsibility for coordinating or managing small teams.

- Experience of coordinating/managing a variety of personality types in a dynamic environment

- Comfortable working independently and on your own – at times.
- Personable style with good emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
