Role Summary

  • Manage advertising partnerships for Forest, ensuring fluid experiences from onboarding to campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with advertisers and agencies to understand their goals and customise campaigns accordingly.
  • Oversee campaign execution, track performance metrics, and make data-driven optimisations to amplify results.

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, digital advertising or campaign management.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Adept at analytical thinking, utilising data insights to inform decisions and bolster campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in presenting campaign reports and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ad Manager, DV360) and understanding of critical advertising performance metrics.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We bridge the gap between affordability and sustainability, using our advertising revenue to offer all users 10 minutes free cycling daily. Forest’s ad platform reaches over 1M users through our e-bike network creating industry beating click through rates and engagement, whilst allowing ad spend to decarbonise our cities.

The role entails managing Forest’s advertising partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to campaign delivery. You will be working closely with advertisers and agencies to understand their goals and tailor campaigns for maximum impact. You will also be overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven optimisations to enhance results.

Job requirements include 2-3 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or campaign management. You should be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. You should have strong analytical skills, using data insights to inform decisions and improve campaign performance. You should be a great communicator, confident in presenting campaign reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. You should have experience with digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360) and understand key advertising performance metrics. You should be proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
