Role Summary:

  • Design, create, and manage digital content to improve staff access to services and information.
  • Develop intuitive user journeys across the V&A's digital estate.

The Role We are seeking a Content Designer to join a team who are working to redesign the V&A’s internal intranet, so that V&A staff can use services, collaborate and find key information with greater ease. The Content Designer will design and create information, always putting the user’s need at the heart of that content and ensuring intuitive journeys across the V&A’s digital estate.
