The Role We’re looking for a General Manager to take the lead in our Southwark café, a space that reflects the craft and care behind every cup. This isn’t just another GM role. You’ll be the face and force behind one of Origin’s most important sites, where locals, coffee enthusiasts and passersby come together over something exceptional. You’ll build a high-performing, happy team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and run a commercially strong, values-led café. You’ll report to the Head of Retail and work closely with our Director of Growth, Director of Coffee, Events Manager, and broader teams in operations, marketing, and people.
Job Requirements You’ve run a specialty café or high-quality hospitality venue before. You understand the craft and the numbers, from COGS and GP% to loyalty and customer flow. You’re a people-first leader who sets high standards and creates a brilliant workplace. You love coffee, and you love leading people and shaping experiences. You’re curious, humble and always looking for ways to improve.
