Role Summary
- Permanent, full-time position offering a competitive package inclusive of up to £5,000 in relocation support, access to an exceptional final salary pension scheme (CARE), and free cinema tickets.
- Location: Mareel, Lerwick, Shetland.
- Strategy development and executive leadership role where you directly report to the Chief Executive.
- Oversee all artistic and creative activities, including learning and outreach.
- Play a key role in promoting art and culture in Shetland.
Role Requirements
- A strong background in programming, commissioning, and creative education.
- Inspired by island communities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong people manager.
- Able to influence organizational direction and stay connected to creative delivery.
