Role Description 

We are looking for a number of PM’s to manage the end-to-end progress of their projects. 

At a project level you will coordinate activity across Lightful to set, manage, meet and exceed client expectations against specific statements of work. At client level you will nurture, retain and grow our client partnerships through your excellent relationship management skills, advising on best practice, embedding the change in order to drive adoption, usage, value and impact over time.

You will...

  • Set, manage and exceed client expectations measured via project KPIs and Customer Satisfaction against project success criteria  
  • Deliver client projects on time and on budget
  • Provide appropriate inputs to the capacity plan and scheduling process to ensure the necessary resources are in place to meet client needs 
  • Prepare project plans against client's requirements and create project briefs for the delivery teams to ensure resource profiles and allocated days are aligned to deliver against the Statement of Works or Change Request
  • Effectively monitor projects and liaise with external clients to keep them engaged in decision making
  • Drive velocity and momentum across projects by providing timely intervention whenever there are risks or issues that result in delay or variance to schedule
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external project meetings
  • Develop strong client relationships and work closely with client project team to ensure client project expectations are met
  • Manage robust project administration and documentation including plan, risks, issues, and actions
  • Hit revenue targets for individual clients and ensure invoicing is accurate and conforms to payment schedule in the Statement of Work or Change Request  
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow incremental revenue from existing client partnerships.

We'd love to hear from you if you can tick off a good number of the following:

  • Experience of implementing projects using Salesforce, possibly some Salesforce certifications. Not just using it as a CRM platform (Essential)
  • 5 years professional experience as a Project Manager, working closely with cross-discipline teams (client, architecture, development and design) within a technical agency or consultancy 
  • Project management certification or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Experience of working under agile methodology 
  • Experience of pitching to potential clients 
  • Confidence through experience of leading meetings with all stakeholders, e.g. client sponsors, client end users, developers and design teams
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing multichannel digital solutions across web development, salesforce SaaS, data and enterprise architecture
  • Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence in your abilities to be a decisive, forward-thinking, digitally passionate, engaging, diplomatic communicator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of managing implementation projects of technical solutions within a Salesforce environment
  • Work experience gained within the not-for-profit sector.

It would be even better if you have:

  • Experience of using a digital project management tools
  • Experience of working with JIRA or similar
