The Opportunity

Join Young Foodies Talent at our graduate assessment day to gain more insight into the FMCG industry and a sales position in this sector.

Sales are one of the most common positions across challenger brands but, often there are misconceptions about what the positions really entail and whether you could be the perfect fit. We will give you the opportunity to find out the truth about sales in this industry and the type of personality that these jobs are suited to!

Working with like-minded individuals, you will be part of an interactive session and have to complete a task to demonstrate to Young Foodies Talent why the brands in our network should hire you.

From this opportunity, you will have a stronger understanding of sales within an FMCG challenger brand and supported in finding your dream job with a brand that Young Foodies are hiring for.

The Person

• Able to demonstrate a passion for the fast-moving consumer goods industry with a strong awareness of competitor brands
• Determined and driven to personally make an impact in a business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excited by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Available to work in April/May 2022
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, London
