Our vision at The Mindfulness Project is to create an innovative platform for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible. At our beautiful centre for mindfulness in Central London, we’ve brought together a team of London’s best mindfulness teachers to create a true hub for learning to meditate and practice mindfulness. By offering a secular and evidence-based approach, we hope to teach our audience what meditation is and help make learning mindfulness meditation more accessible and relatable to a mainstream audience while keeping it real and meaningful.

We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to help coordinate and administer our programme of mindfulness courses, workshops and retreats. The role will also involve supporting our corporate mindfulness programmes, as well as generating and scheduling social media content.
We are a small team and so you will need to sometimes work across other areas of the business. Due to the size of the team, this role offers an opportunity to have a large influence on the operation and programmes of The Mindfulness Project. The role also has the potential to be developed based on your specific interests or areas of expertise.
This role would suit someone with an interest in mindfulness, meditation and/or psychology. The ideal candidate would be personable, organised, technically proficient in Microsoft, Dropbox, Hootsuite, Canva, Zoom and Google Drive, attentive to detail and have experience managing social media accounts for businesses, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. They would also have good written communication skills and a good sense of presentation and aesthetics.
We are currently mainly working remotely, but there may be some occasions when travel to London will be required and therefore this role will suit someone who is either London-based or nearby. The level of pay will depend on experience and the role could be part-time or full-time, which will be discussed further at the interview stage. The role will include some evening and weekend work.
