Requirements
The opportunity
As Multiverse’s first-ever B2B Marketing Manager in the US, you will define and lead the region’s enterprise marketing strategy. You will directly impact our top line by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts at scale, while always building a fantastic customer experience. Key strategies in your portfolio include account-based marketing, events, content, campaigns, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be strategic and scrappy and will generate new ideas and contribute to Multiverse’s rocket-ship growth. You will be a world class collaborator with internal and external partners and will evangelize Multiverse’s mission in your work.
Speficially, you will…
- Be responsible for US marketing revenue targets and will monitor performance, recognize trends, and react with new recommendations
- Develop and execute US go-to-market plan through marketing levers such as events (e.g. webinars, dinners), content marketing, partnerships, and omni-channel campaigns
- Manage account-based marketing activities in the US
- Lead sales enablement efforts to help our US sales team more efficiently reach and convert a broader audience of leads and customers
- Identify highest priority untapped opportunities to drive customer growth in the US
- Serve as an expert on B2B marketing in the US for Multiverse leadership
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success and others to build seamless customer experiences
About you
- Track record of 5+ years in B2B marketing - focus on enterprise customers is preferred but not required
- Ownership mindset - you’ll succeed in an ambiguous environment and proactively do what’s needed to surpass your goals
- Project management - attention to detail while also driving towards long-term goals
- Creative bent - you have the ability to take projects from initial concept stages through to completion with a resolve to create the best customer experience
- Analytical and critical thinking skills - you can analyze data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Excellent communication - your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch
- Collaborative stakeholder - whether managing a team or working with internal and external partners, you can influence others and build followership
- Passionate about the mission - you believe in the power of apprenticeships to change people’s lives
