Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 per Annum
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead and support our Community Engagement team. A key part of this role will be to develop and deliver a dynamic and interactive programme of volunteer planting and outdoor events with local communities, schools and businesses. You will be the organisation’s first point of contact for all events related planning, programming and quality management.
This role sits within the Engagement team and will support, and be supported by the Senior Engagement Manager and other senior management in the Projects team. This role will also support our wider schools engagement programme, working in close collaboration with other teams on the delivery of our wider programmes.
The successful candidate will be an experienced team leader, responsible for supporting, motivating and mentoring team members to deliver this diverse workload, encouraging collaboration and teamwork through good line management.
