⭐ About the role

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT squad. You will work in an agile environment, and you will strongly contribute to improving the overall IT infrastructure of our hybrid remote company.

The ideal candidate will be a polyglot technologist with great communication skills, coming from an IT/Systems Administration/Networking background ready to lead our small team of motivated and talented IT engineers.

⭐ What you will be doing

Lead the IT team of Lodgify, that focuses on continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure of the company at our Headquarters in Barcelona Ensure the team is operating effectively to reach their goals, are properly supported and deliver quality IT solutions Develop, mentor and coach your team through their various stages of their careers to ensure growth and development Maintain the IT Service Management (ITSM) of Jira to ensure efficient resolution of incidents and address a variety of IT requests from our employees Maintenance of company wide Third party platforms (e.g. Jumpcloud, Keeper Security, Slack, Notion, Office 365) Organise the equipment purchasing, storage and decommissioning based on the requirements of the company through our partners (e.g. Lenovo, Apple, GroWrk, Equipalia) Improve IT infrastructure of the office with latest video conference technologies, VoIP systems, Digital Signage platforms, networking, access control systems Improve internal networking infrastructure, VPN solutions, firewall policies and orchestrate upgrades and essential patching (e.g. Fortigate) Enhance the security of the endpoint devices (e.g. Forticlient EMS, Jumpcloud Patch Management) Streamline and organise user onboarding and offboarding workflows in collaboration with our HR, Office and Management teams Expand and improve our technical documentation Identify and propose areas to maximise user experience and productivity in the local and remote working environment.

⭐ Requirements

5+ years of experience in a relevant field (IT Support, Systems Administration, Networking) Proficiency in Network and System administration, VPN Solutions/ZTNA Previous experience managing a team Basic Cyber Security and IT threats and common attacks knowledge Good communication skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal Strong organisational skills with ability to efficiently prioritise projects and tasks.

Good to have:

Experience with administration of Fortinet ecosystem Previous experience working in a scaling Startup.
