Role Summary

- Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing by maintaining vendor records and banking documentation.
- Processing payments, maintaining vendor records, organizing documents, assisting with banking and compliance processes, supporting accounts payable and administrative tasks.
Role Requirements
- Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Understanding of financial systems and payment platforms
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of vendor record management is preferred

The Role As an Accounts Payables Admin Intern, you'll ensure timely and accurate payment processing by maintaining vendor records and banking documentation, supporting smooth financial operations. You will be a part of Global payments team in the Finance department and will report directly to Payments Administrator. This role is based in Kigali, Rwanda and is onsite. Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining vendor records, and organizing supporting documents. You will also assist with banking and compliance processes, including account management and KYC assessments, and contribute to team operations by supporting accounts payable and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools. Understanding of financial systems and payment platforms. Knowledge of banking and compliance Fluent in English; Experience with vendor record management is great to have.
Benefits Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
