It's actually quite remarkable! I've rarely experienced having such freedom and trust, you are genuinely trusted to do your best work. You also have a pool of incredible peers to call on who are there to share experience + advice whenever you need it.

Unleashed put a huge emphasis on learning, not only do you have ample opportunities to learn on the job, which is constant! But you also are given a very generous learning budget and encouraged to spend it on anything that is meaningful to you, whether that's self learning and using on therapy, coaching or 1:1 support, or on courses, masters, MBAs, books, whatever floats your boat. There's an abundance of opportunity to learn and grow.

We're trusted to do our best work in whatever way works for us, whether that's remotely or at a coworking space. If you're an early bird or a late bird, you're supported to have the flexibility to suit your life and needs. I've just spent 3 months working from the alps, and there was no issue or question about that being the right choice and opportunity for me. I have learnt more in 12 months at Unleashed than I did in the 6 years prior to joining. Continuous learning is one of our core values & something we focus on when hiring new team members. Once here, it is visible every day & week. We have time carved our weekly as a team to learn together and, thanks to the style of work we do, with multiple clients each, every day there can be something new to experience.
On top of that, we have the most incredible team of experienced, wonderful humans who I learn from in every interaction!

🏖 Flexibility
As a mum of two school aged children, the flexibility was a big draw for me in joining the team. I then started working during the last homeschooling period and flexibility doesn't even start to describe it. I felt so supported to do what I needed to for the kids, not feeling that I had to hide or scramble to make it all work which hugely decreased my stress levels!
Since then, flexibility for me means being able to make my work fit my life in the best way for me. I need to be online and available for my clients but we are definitely not 'billable hours' consultants and it is up to me to manage their expectations around my work style & schedule.

👩‍👧‍👧 Team members
Ah the team. They are just incredible - we learn from each other, support each other and have a huge amount of fun along the way. They are always there for a check-in whenever needed and absolute superstars in their field.
