About the venture

Renbee is one of our latest products developed at the Factory Factory and now we need a Founder’s Associate to join our CEO to help build this business. 

🧐 What is Renbee at high level?

Over 30% of UK carbon emissions come from homes yet progress in driving decarbonisation has stalled. The limited supply of reputable renewables installers have to compete on price with cowboys, homeowners don't know who they can trust to come into their house and not ruin it and banks are reluctant to supply more green finance off the back of that. We’re building a disruptive cleantech that helps installers be more productive whilst using our platform to reinstate the trust between homeowner and installer. About the role

The Founder's Associate role is a unique opportunity to dig into what it really takes to build a business from its early days. Working directly with the founder and CEO (Tej), you will be supporting all aspects of marketing, partnerships, fundraising, operations and much more.

✔️ Your responsibilities include:

Set and deliver marketing content to grow awareness of the business (from writing blogs to organising events, you'll need to be hands on to get us in front of new customers). Manage the delivery of pilot projects with existing partners, ensuring that we always deliver as we've promised and reporting progress back to the team. Set up and manage the tools/process by which we track, optimise and forecast our operations Support a successful fund raise. You'll be involved in all aspects of meetings with the world's top Venture Capital funds, helping to effectively prep and rapidly follow up on next steps. Run with special projects. Together we'll always think of new ideas. From time to time you'll run with an idea to conduct initial market research, validate it with customers and help us decide if & how to progress it further.

🔎 We are looking for a smart, ambitious and entrepreneurial hustler

Passionate about sustainability and helping the world's largest producers reduce their impact on the planet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive and professional approach to interactions with our stakeholders. Impeccable organisational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties. Excited about learning the nuts & bolts of building an ambitious startup. Highly self-directed with an ability to get a lot done with sometimes limited direction. Execution focused, detail oriented, takes ownership and loves solving problems. Experience in Cleantech / Fintech or Proptech is a plus but not essential.
