To be successful, you’ll have:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, working with Engineers and Product Designers to deliver customer software solutions
• A comfort with and knowledge of data and analytics to help you tell a story.
• Experience using Mixpanel, Databricks, SQL or similar. 

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

Your role as Product Manager at Perkbox will be to collate data from customer feedback, verified hypotheses and data-backed prototypes to iterate and innovate improvements to the Perkbox platform. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, you’ll ensure that key product updates are planned, communicated and driven to execution effectively whilst working with Marketing teams to encourage customer adoption. You’ll utilise your keen understanding of how product outcomes influence business objectives and use this as the guide to drive your actions. 

Day to day you can expect to:

• Have regular interaction with our customers, researching and understanding their pain points to discover opportunities for improvement. 
• Break down feedback to formulate requirements for implementing new product features.
• Work cross functionally with Product Designers and Engineers to help realise iterations and updates to the Wallets and Payments portion of our platform. 
• Optimise the wallet capabilities to ensure accuracy within the mechanics of the payments that comprise our whole points economy.
• Prioritise and manage backlog plus contribute to all the agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering and Product Design teams as well as Marketing, CS and other Go to market stakeholders.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback from releases to and feed into iterations to improve product outcomes.

The interview process:

A 30 minute initial call with the Talent Team

1. A 1 hour competency based interview with the Head of Product 
2. A 1 hour competency based interview with the Director of Engineering and Product Director. 
3. A final stage interview containing an exercise, with the Head of Product, the Senior Product Designer, Engineering manager and the Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Our process usually lasts 2 weeks.
