Key Responsibilities of a voluntary project manager assistantThe roleThe work that you will get to undertake will be quite varied but will include the following:
Implement any necessary changes throughout the process Provide strategy direction Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required Writing and support with funding applications and letters Organise with email enquiries organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers Arranging both internal and external events
