What will you be doing?

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS   SEEN are currently recruiting for trustees and we would love to hear from anyone who is interested and would like to be part of the SEEN family.TRUSTEE VOLUNTEER We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, new Trustees who will proactively support the aims of the organisation, and in particular the following areas of work: 

Befriending single parents  Marketing/ development  Listening - health and counselling Fundraising

Key qualities: 

Knowledge and experience relevant to ideally one of the above areas of work  Ability to communicate clearly  Engagement with the vision, aims and objectives of the SEEN   Agreement with the SEEN statement of faith.

What are we looking for?

Trustees have and must accept ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of a charity, and ensuring that it is solvent, well-run, and delivering the charitable outcomes for the benefit of the public for which it has been set up.

What difference will you make?

Trustees act as champions of the work of the centre, and in this role, attendance is appreciated at volunteer team meals, relevant events in the community, and fundraising events organised on behalf of the  Centre.  Individual Trustees may be allocated oversight of specific areas of the work, liaising with members of staff accordingly.
