Role Summary
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers.
- Handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction by being the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on the optimal use of our platform.
- Identify opportunities to optimise onboarding workflows for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Role Requirements
- Experience in implementation and project management, preferable in the SaaS, fintech, hospitality, or HR tech industry.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, EPoS, rota systems, or payroll is an added advantage.

The role we are offering is for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Implementation Manager with experience in client onboarding, project management, and process improvement. You’ll play a critical role in launching and retaining relationships with our clients.
Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. You will be the primary point of contact for new & existing clients, handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to refine processes and enhance the customer experience. You will conduct training sessions and provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for using our platform. You will identify opportunities to streamline and optimise onboarding workflows for efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will ensure compliance with tronc legislation and industry best practices, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will collect client feedback to influence product development and company strategy.
We are looking for someone with experience in implementation and project management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, hospitality, or HR tech. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to engage at all levels. Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimise implementation processes are also necessary. A high level of organisation and attention to detail is required, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work well under pressure is also needed. Bonus: Knowledge of hospitality operations, EPoS, rota systems, or payroll (not essential but great to have!).
