Greater Change

Chief Marketing Officer

Scaling social enterprise seeking an experienced marketer

Founded in 2018, Greater Change has grown to a team of 10, and has now supported over 500 clients, 70% of whom move out of homelessness and into long term stability with our support. Our ambition is to directly support 6,000 people per year, whilst maintaining client outcome success rates.

We’re in a strong position to continue growing exponentially: we’ve just received our largest amount of investment yet and have rapidly growing revenues. We've won many awards including one from The Prime Minister and we have strong partners such as Livingbridge, Oxford University Innovation and Newton Europe.

We are looking to appoint a CMO to help build and scale the social enterprise. The new CMO will be a key member of the leadership team, partnering with the CEO.
